I am currently responsible of Information Security Management Project for IT Department.

In the integration of the M3 ERP I am responsible for; • Educating the users about new ERP system and warehouse system, • Level 1 Support for all issues related to M3, • Correcting the all manufacturing order issues, • Communicating with French IT team for higher level issues, • Educating the users at various level in EXCEL (beginner-intermediate-advanced), • Taking the lead of all group IT projects for Turkey part, • Preparing the budget of IT • Managing the sharepoint sites of the plant • Managing all the request and incidents via ServiceNow platform

In the integration of the ABAS ERP and NETSİS ERP systems i was responsible for, • Preparing of all product’s BOM in Excel and integration them to the ERP system, • Transferring of all the datas of the company to the ERP system, • Making the system operational by educating the users and pushing them if its necessary, • Integrating the system and preparing reports according to the user’s demands and needs, Also i took the responsibility of, • Company website’s SEO optimization, • Marking the company location on the maps, • Determination of the hardware and software requirements of the IT infrastructure to be established, • Providing the correctness of the data with the help of excel-macro and increasing the speed of the work done during the price quote of domestic and international projects.

In the integration of the GUSTO ERP systems i am responsible for, • Educating the users for all ERP modules, • Solving all software and user related problems, • Preparing reports that are not in the ERP system acording to requests of managers and users, • Fixing the SQL database problems, • Establising of the product costing system and increasing the functionality of the system with additional interfaces in the direction of requests, In this period my studies could be summarized as below, o I prepared a lot of repots to all departments, o I developed software that integrates with the ERP system by C # with SQL database which includes, 1. Tracking how many orders are in which department or workstation, 2. Reporting to the managers the debts and receivables status and the upcoming payouts, 3. Tracking the entry and exit times and permissions of employees, 4. Automatically fixing frequent user and database errors, 5. Entering by username and password and it doesn’t allow to processed in unauthorized areas, 6. Providing Access to any data in any database table and extracting theese to excel.
